Our indoor cycling studio offers virtual roads, structured workouts, and social group rides/contests. Pair your bike with our trainers to create a smooth & realistic ride.
Information and Policies:
- Arrive 5 - 10 minutes prior to start time for set up
- You are responsible for setting up and taking down your own bike
- Rides start promptly at designated times
- First 15 minutes of all scheduled rides is allocated to a warm up/ calibration of trainer
- *Any empty spaces will be released to drop-ins*
What to Bring:
- Your own bicycle
- A trainer skewer
- Towel
- Water bottle
*Rear trainer tires are recommended as tread will wear down on the rear wheel
